Description
- Provide on-site technical support to customers in various industries.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Install and configure equipment according to client specifications.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on product usage and maintenance.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in technical support or field services.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor.
