• Configure, test, and deploy the Livro System Inc. for client schools.
• Customize system settings to meet specific client requirements.

2. Client Support 

• Provide technical assistance to schools, parents, and administrators.
•  Respond to and resolve issues related to system performance, bugs, or user errors.
• Offer training sessions or tutorials for new users to ensure they understand the system.

3. Maintenance and Monitoring 

• Regularly monitor the system’s performance and ensure uptime.
• Apply software updates, patches, or upgrades as needed.
• Troubleshoot system errors or failures promptly.

4. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of system configurations, updates, and client requests.
• Generate technical reports for internal and client use.

5. Collaboration

• Coordinate with developers for system improvements or bug fixes.
• Work closely with the Customer Success Team to understand and address client feedback.

6. Continuous Improvement

• Analyze client feedback to recommend system enhancements.
• Research and suggest new technologies or methods to improve system efficiency.
