Description
- Assist customers with inquiries post-purchase and provide product information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
