Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s College Degree in any field but preferably IT-related course
- With at least one (1) year experience in Customer Service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Has the ability to handle challenging customer situations
- Able to work under pressure
- Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is an advantage
