After Sales Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and Maintain strong relationships with assigned GEM Customers.
2. Conduct regular check-ins through calls, messages and customer visits.
3. Conduct regular business reviews and planning sessions with GEM customers to understand their goals, identify opportunities, and support their growth
4. Monitor customer activity and proactively re-engage inactive or at-risk accounts .
5. Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
6. Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for increased sales and repeat orders.
7. Execute customer appreciation and loyalty initiatives that strengthen long-term partnerships.
8. Prepare simple reports on customer engagement, business opportunities, and account health.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business-related course (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer relations, account management, sales support, or customer service is an advantage
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google workspace
• Willing to travel and conduct regular field visits to customers
• Can drive 4 wheels (with valid driver's license)
• Passionate about helping customers succeed and building meaningful relationships.
