- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and a seamless experience post-purchase.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
