Skin Consultant / Clinic Manager

Job Summary

The Skin Consultant / Clinic Manager is responsible for managing daily clinic operations, supervising staff, conducting client consultations, recommending suitable treatments and products, and ensuring sales targets and service standards are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skin consultations and recommend personalized treatments, packages, and skincare products.
• Explain procedures, prices, promotions, expected results, and aftercare.
• Convert inquiries and consultations into appointments and sales.
• Manage daily clinic operations and supervise clinic staff.
• Monitor attendance, schedules, grooming, performance, and customer service.
• Handle client concerns and complaints professionally.
• Monitor sales, inventory, supplies, client records, and clinic reports.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, proper documentation, and compliance with clinic policies.
• Coach and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and improve client retention.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in clinic management, sales, customer service, or a supervisory role.
• Experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, wellness, beauty, or healthcare clinic is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of skincare treatments and products is an advantage.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
