- Advise clients on skincare and beauty products that best suit their individual needs.
- Conduct makeup demonstrations and tutorials to enhance customer engagement and education.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and trends in the beauty industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product promotion and upselling techniques.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Senior High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Qualities and Traits: Passion for beauty and makeup, proactive attitude
