Field Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned areas to promote and sell company products and services.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Achieve sales targets and performance goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Collect customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to address concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork.
• Familiarity with the assigned territory is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
