§ Scan documents ensuring clarity and completeness.
§ Maintain organized electronic files.
§ Update Excel tracker with document details.
§ Track document movement and ensure proper return.
§ Provide documents to audit team as requested.
Deliverables
§ Complete digitization of assigned documents
§ Updated Excel tracker
§ Organized electronic repository
§ Timely submission of requested documents.
