- Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks for Roadwise Logistics Corporation.
- Support efficient operations within the transportation and logistics team.
- Handle organizational duties such as data entry, scheduling, customer service, and documentation management.
- Be the point of contact between executives and employees, liaising with clients and partners to streamline logistics processes.
- Maintain meticulous records and comply with industry regulations.
- Bring strong planning skills and a proactive approach to support the growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field required.
- Experience Level: Entry-level; less than 1 year of experience necessary, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage office supplies, schedule appointments, assist with event planning, and provide general administrative support to staff.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; standard business hours with occasional overtime as needed.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
