- Will provide admin support NEZ Facilities Mgt team such as Request for Payment preparation of all related vendors in the department, Liquidation and Reimbursement,
- Assistance to Facilities Mgt Events
- Monitoring of Incoming and Outgoing documents of the team (bank errands and other simple messengerial task)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Atleast 1-2yrs experience in Administrative task.
- Keen to details, Proficient in MS applications.
- With excellent communication skills (dealing with other departments)
- Willing to be assigned in Balara office (Quezon City)
