JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sourcing Specialist will identify and engage qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels. The successful candidate should be organized, capable in the relevant field, and able to work professionally with the assigned team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build search strategies and identify candidates through databases, social media, referrals, and outreach.

• Assess basic qualification and candidate interest before endorsement.

• Maintain talent pools and sourcing activity records.

• Measure sourcing channel quality and response rates.

• Support high-volume or difficult-to-fill requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• 1–3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience preferred.

• Strong communication, candidate handling, organization, and follow-up skills.

• Recruitment, HR, customer service, sales, or coordination experience is preferred.

• Comfortable using job boards, spreadsheets, and recruitment systems.

• Able to handle candidate information confidentially.
