Job Description
- Source and identify international suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
- Develop and manage subcontractor partnerships, including evaluation, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct price negotiations and implement cost-control strategies to achieve procurement savings while maintaining quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain procurement documentation, contracts, purchase records, and supplier databases.
- Generate and submit procurement reports, supplier performance evaluations, and cost analysis reports for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth procurement and supply chain operations.
- Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to support strategic sourcing decisions.
