Job Requirements

• Graduate of any 4 year course
• With 2-3 years relevant experience in providing execution, planning, progress and monitoring management to support Human Development & Training system
• With basic knowledge of EHS, OHS, Environment, Safety, Facility Management, Operation Control

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with each immediate superior for the necessary training of members based on Individual Development Plan (IDP).
• Create the overall training plan and program based on Long term plan and Road map.
• Provide education and support other Trainers. Arrange training schedule for all members, including the discussion of the overall schedule to each immediate superior.
• Create annual training plan and program (External and Internal) and proceed the Training based on the plan.
• Participate on every training based on annual training plan and apply and/or make improvement based on trainings that can contribute to operation process.
