Description

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects and tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.
