Description

  • Oversee and direct after sales, account receivables, accounts payables and inventory.
  • Schedule service and prepare itineraries
  • Record/monitor units pulled out
  • Perform physical count of stocks
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales, collection, payable and inventory reports
  • Monitor and follow up collection from customers
  • Prepare DR/SI/BI/Certificate of calibration of units for delivery/repair
  • Secure and file all records and other important documents e.g.
  • Handles petty cash and submit weekly expenses reports on time
  • Prepares and submits documents for legal requirements such as BIR, Mayors Permit etc.
  • Attend staff meeting, participate in planning, implementation and improvement of sales production
  • Standardize forms and operational system for improvement of day-to-day office activities

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Vocation Diploma, Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • Required Skill(s): communication, computer literature, selling skills, customer service, sales activities and etc
  • Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized.
  • Strong time manager with respect for deadlines.
  • Decisive and critical thinker.
