Description

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting daily operations and enhancing productivity within the organization. This position involves managing communication, organizing schedules, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software.


The key responsibilities will be :

1.      Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained.

2.      Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and coordinate repairs as needed.

3.      Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination.

4.      Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and presentations.

5.      Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

6.      Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

7.      Adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges effectively.


Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.

·        Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role in automotive industry.

·        Proven experience in office management and administrative processes.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with

office management software.

·        With good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

·        Can start immediately.
