Description

  • Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to our real estate team.
  • Coordinate property viewings, handle client inquiries and maintain client databases.
  • Assist with lease documentation, property listings, and marketing material preparation.
  • Support finance department with invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Handle all aspects of office management, including supplies inventory and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

  • Job Title: Administrative Specialist/Assistant
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates/students who are eager to learn and grow professionally.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office suite; excellent command of the English language; outstanding support and time management capabilities; adept in scheduling, written communication; strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion; basic data analysis knowledge.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage schedules, arrange meetings, prepare reports and documents, provide clerical support, maintain filing systems, and assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime during peak periods.
