About the role

Semper Fidelis Security Services' is seeking an experienced Admin Supervisor to join our team in Cainta Rizal. This full-time role will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our busy office, ensuring efficient and effective support for our broader business objectives.

What you'll be doing

• With Experience in Government bidding in Security Services
• Supervising and coordinating the work of the administrative support team
• Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Managing the office's inventory, supplies, and equipment
• Overseeing the maintenance and organisation of filing systems and records
• Providing administrative support for management, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
• Serving as the primary point of contact for staff and visitors
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an admin supervisor or in a similar leadership role
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Understanding of office management best practices
