Client Relationship Management & Coordination

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing proactive updates, responsive communication, and professional service.
  • Conduct client onboarding, needs assessment, and regular account reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Assist clients with the end-to-end process of the existing tax services we offer.

Bilingual Communication & Liaison

  • Act as the communication bridge between Chinese-speaking clients and the local Philippine operations team, ensuring accurate translation and interpretation of client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues, escalate concerns, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare status reports, project updates, and client correspondence in both English and Chinese as needed.

Records & Reporting Management

  • Maintain organized client files, account records, and service timelines.
  • Track key account metrics and report on client satisfaction, renewal rates, and service milestones.

Business Development & Marketing Support

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional services to existing clients, such as immigration assistance, accounting support, or visa processing.
  • Support marketing efforts targeting Chinese-speaking business communities in the Philippines and abroad.
  • Participate in client meetings, industry events, and networking activities to strengthen OCIC's presence in the Chinese business community.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any finance-related course.
  • 1–3 years of work experience required; background in consulting, BPO, or client-facing roles is preferred.

Language, Skills & Competencies

  • Trilingual proficiency: Chinese (Mandarin or Hokkien), English, and Filipino — written and spoken.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills; proven ability to develop and mentor a team.
