*Job Responsibilities*
- *Compliance*: Monitor and improve plant compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality manuals
- *Auditing*: Organize, head, and monitor the Internal Quality Audit program and management reviews
- *External Relations*: Serve as the main representative for external certification bodies and customer audits
- *Document Control*: Oversee company-wide document control, including issuance, retrieval, and archiving
- *Strategic Support*: Assist the President in establishing, implementing, and achieving quality policies and objectives
- *Risk Management*: Initiate corrective actions for non-conformities, with the authority to halt production for quality issues
*Qualifications*
- *Education*: Graduate of any 4-year degree course
- *Expertise*: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
- *Experience*: Proven background as an Auditor and Trainer
- *Skills*: Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent oral and written communication skills
