Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Discipline

  • Ensure employee compliance with company rules, policies, and procedures
  • Prepare and issue Notices to Explain (NTE) and assist in disciplinary processes
  • Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and counseling
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and records

Recruitment & Workforce Support

  • Assist in plant recruitment and hiring processes
  • Update and maintain job descriptions
  • Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements

Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Assist in the administration of benefits such as HMO, leave management, attendance incentives, and other company programs
  • Monitor benefits processing for plant-based employees
  • Support payroll-related documentation and employee records

HR Compliance & Activities

  • Monitor adherence to HR systems and company policies
  • Support ISO documentation and compliance initiatives
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities (Sports Fest, Christmas Party, Company Outing, etc.)



Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR functions, with exposure to: Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations
  • Experience handling plant-based or manufacturing employees is an advantage
  • Preferably with background in ISO implementation
  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to handle sensitive and disciplinary matters professionally
