• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in training supervision or employee development, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and learning management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop effective training programs.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and implement employee training and development programs.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with departments.
• Develop training materials and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Monitor employee progress and maintain training records.
• Support HR initiatives related to employee development and performance improvement.
