The Japanese Bilingual Admin Coordinator will be responsible for managing essential business documentation, performing administrative tasks, and handling Japanese workers' visa processing and related documents. This role includes preparing regular reports for submission to the Head Office and supporting smooth communication between teams. Proficiency in Japanese is essential for this position to ensure accurate document management and effective coordination with Japanese-speaking staff. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of navigating both English and Japanese business contexts.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, review, and manage business documents for internal and external use.
2. Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
3. Oversee the visa application and renewal process for Japanese employees.
4. Ensure that all necessary documentation is prepared accurately and on time.
5. Prepare reports and updates for submission to the Head Office.
6. Facilitate communication between Japanese-speaking staff and local teams.
7. Support other HR-related activities as needed.
1. Proficiency in spoken Japanese and English (written and verbal) is a MUST.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
4. Strong organizational and document management skills.
5. Knowledge of visa processing and compliance for Japanese workers is a plus.
6. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
