- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in managing schedules and appointments for senior staff members.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain filing systems and organize documents for easy retrieval.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
