Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Maintaining, updating, and scanning employee files and HR records.
- Recruitment Assistance: Posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Assisting with new hire paperwork, contracts, and staff orientation.
- Data Management: Processing payroll information, monitoring attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Communication: Addressing employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- College Undergraduate or College Graduate
- With or Without Experience
- Can Start ASAP
