Description
- Provide general administrative and clerical support in the Project site.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Petty Cash Custodian and Replenishment.
- Preparation of necessary accounting reports as required by finance department
- Perform data entry and scan documents.
- Manage calendars for Project Managers, Site Employees, and Project Sub contractors.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems within the site.
- Run company's errand related to Project site in behalf of Main Office.
- Answer calls from internal/external customers.
- Prepare and modify documents including reports, correspondence, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointment's and travel arrangement for Project Managers and Site Employees when necessary.
- Conduct orientation to new hires.
- Facilitate employment application process in behalf of HR.
- Maintain office supplies for Project Site.
Requirements
- Graduate of 4 year course (preferably Business Courses/Management/Accounting/Human Resources).
- At least 1 year work experience in the field.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint, MS Excel, and MS Outlook is a must.
- Knowledge in operating standard office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills- written verbal.
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills.
- Good research skills and attention to detail.
