The Admin Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the dermatology department. Responsibilities include managing office tasks, supporting marketing and sales teams, and maintaining records.
• Office Management: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
• Document Management: Organize and file documents, prepare reports, and assist with data entry and record keeping.
• Support Marketing & Sales: Assist with marketing materials, coordinate events, and support sales activities.
• Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
• Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and support various projects and initiatives.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in the derma or pharmaceutical industry.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, working well both independently and as part of a team.
