Description
- Oversee daily administrative operations and streamline processes for efficiency.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the administrative team.
- Ensure effective communication across departments and resolve any operational issues.
- Monitor budgets and prepare reports to present to upper management.
- Implement best practices for administrative policies and procedures.
- With experience as Admin Officer in a Construction and Engineering company
- Experience working in Construction for a Road and Highway projects.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 10+ years of experience in administrative management
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, time management, analytical skills, organizational skills, and discretion
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership capabilities and effective communication skills
