Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)

Job Description:

• Bachelors Degree in any related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as HR Manager.
• Knowledgeable on PEZA, DOLE and other regulatory requirements with respect on HR operations
• Amendable to attend face to face interview.
• Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing hiring, onboarding, and exit processes for employees.
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Managing employee relations, performance reviews, and resolving workplace issues
• Administering employee benefits and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and timely disbursement.
