- Recruit and manage clients
- Providing financing to clients to help them grow their businesses
- Developing new client relationships
- Managing existing client relationships through daily group meetings
- Handling loan disbursements, collections, and documentation
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in finance or administrative roles.
- Skills: Proficient in competitive analysis, market research, accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), financial statements, and business intelligence.
- Responsibilities: Manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and assist with presentations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular working hours.
- Qualities: Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong communicator, with problem-solving skills.
