Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager

Description

• Assist in managing the day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Conduct financial analyses to identify trends and discrepancies.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA is preferred but not required.

At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably with

supervisory or managerial exposure.

Experience using QuickBooks (QB) and QNE accounting systems is preferred.

Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and

cash flow management.

Knowledge and experience in developing financial policies, internal controls, and

process improvements.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting and financial systems.

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and provide sound financial

recommendations to senior management.
