Description

  • Oversee the administrative tasks and render professional support as necessary.
  • Supports team activities by recording important meetings, prepare high-quality documents, and daily operation monitoring.
  • Serves as the main point of contact for the leaders and managers to balance conflicting demands.
  • Builds and preserves database systems, ensuring accuracy.

Requirements

  • Has a bachelor’s degree aligned with the field such as Office Administration, etc.
  • At least 1 year of admin experience.
  • Strong organization and business communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with online office suites such as MS Applications.
  • Must be flexible particularly with all the duties assigned.
  • Amenable to working onsite in Makati.
