Description

  • Manage and organize office documents, files, and records.
  • Assist with order processing and inventory management.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and with external partners.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails professionally.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.


Requirement

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Short commuting distance to the office or willingness to relocate is required.
