  • Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Support project management and team coordination efforts.
  • Maintain filing systems and databases efficiently.
  • Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to team collaboration and office organization.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments and events
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and report

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong help desk skills, data analysis, and written communication.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in scheduling, manage data entry, offer analytical support, and maintain organized records.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, full-time hours with potential for remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and a proactive attitude.
