Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents both physically and electronically.
Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required.
Provide support for drafting, proofreading, and formatting documents.
Assist in the preparation of agendas and minutes for meetings.
Handle office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
Provide general support to visitors and handle inquiries efficiently.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by senior staff.

A bachelor's degree in any field.
Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role is preferred.
Experience with accounting or financial reporting, budgeting, expense recording, and preparing balance sheets is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
