Description

  • Manage office operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Handle administrative requests from senior managers regarding collections and payments.
  • Assist in remedial administration tasks within a fast-paced banking and financial services environment at Prime Results Agency OPC.
  • Maintain organized records and report promptly on collection activities.
  • Provide administrative support for effective client communication and account resolution.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience Level: Entry-level, less than 1 year of experience required
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent communication and organizational skills, basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage office supplies stock, prepare regular reports, maintain company records, support departmental heads, and perform clerical duties
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role, typically Monday to Friday during business hours
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, multitasking ability, proactive, team player with strong work ethic and integrity
