Description

  • Will serve as the front liner and will represent the company from all clients and visitors
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Will be dealing mostly with foreign clients
  • Will also assist in the Sales by talking to clients and attending to client inquires
  • Preparation of Reports and other documents
  • Will also assist in preparation of Invoices for Clients


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position, less than 1 year of experience required, ideally in a support or office environment.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written communication abilities
  • Effective time management
  • Fluency in English language
  • Advanced organizational skills
  • Aptitude for providing support services
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Managing office supplies, handling correspondence, supporting departmental heads, organizing files, and assisting in daily office needs.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with standard work hours; may require overtime during peak periods or special projects.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively, possesses a strong work ethic, and demonstrates initiative.
