Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution

• Translate campaign themes into cohesive copy systems
• Develop messaging frameworks for launches and promos
• Create funnel-based messaging (awareness to conversion)
• Write and refine brand narratives per brand
• Develop campaign angles for paid ads

Content & Campaigns

• Monthly content copy (multiple brands)
• Performance ad copy (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Press releases
• Case studies
• Landing page copy
• Sales scripts (live selling, roadshows, showroom spiels)Event script writingPitch decks and executive presentations (non-investor level)

Brand & Quality Control

• Maintain voice consistency per brand
• Reduce rewrite load of Creative Director
• Collaborate closely with designers and video editors
• Participate in conceptualization sessions

Collaboration & Workflow

• Ensure content delivery meets timelines, format specs, and quality standards.
• Work closely with Copywriters, Graphic Designers, and the Social Media team to execute creative campaigns.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience Level: 3–5 years in copywriting or a related role and Advertising Agency is a must
• Skills and Competencies: Strong creative direction and strategic thinking
• Skills and Competencies: Proven experience with multimedia content creation
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in writing effective sales copy and marketing materials
• Qualities and Traits: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a passion for creativity
