Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing customer accounts, monitoring outstanding balances, and ensuring timely collection of payments. The role involves contacting customers regarding overdue invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, updating payment records, and coordinating with internal departments to maintain accurate financial data. The specialist will also utilize NetSuite and Salesforce to track account activities, generate reports, and support the overall accounts receivable process.


Requirements:

At least 1 year of Collections or Accounts Receivable experience

Knowledgeable in NetSuite and Salesforce

Good communication and negotiation skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Willing to work onsite in Taguig

Can start ASAP


Salary Package: Up to ₱30,000 – ₱35,000

Location: Taguig
