Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Financial Management, or related Accounting course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple documents and reports.
• Fast learner with the ability to work under pressure.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Honest, trustworthy, and professional in handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and encode daily remittance and collection reports.
• Monitor customer payments, collections, and outstanding accounts.
• Prepare deposit slips, collection receipts, and related accounting documents.
• Generate Statements of Account and follow up clients regarding collections.
• Assist in account reconciliation and monitoring of customer balances.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation of collection records and financial transactions.
• Prepare audit-related documents and account confirmations.
• Support the Accounting Department with various finance and administrative tasks.
