The Role

New Marketlink Pharmaceutical Corporation, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash advance requests and cash advance liquidation from receiving, auditing, and preparation of pay advice and entry in the system
• Process accounts receivable transactions
• Audit of expense report and prepare pay-advice for reimbursement to employees
• Prepare audit findings report on cash advances and expense report quarterly
• Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Prepare clearance for resigned employees

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
• Relevant education or coursework in Accounting or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role (preferred)
