Overall Description

• Responsible for end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities for assigned regions and portfolios. Ensures accuracy, compliance and customer satisfaction while handling complex AR issues and supporting continuous improvements.

Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance Accounting, or related field desirable
• 4+ years hands-on work experience in Accounts Receivable
• Customer invoicing and billing
• Cash application and reconciliations
• Collections and collaboration with customers and internal teams
• Period-end AR close activities
• Development and update of process documentation

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end AR processes for assigned regions/portfolio with high accuracy
• Perform advanced reconciliations and resolve AR discrepancies independently
• Act as first point of contact for operational AR queries
• Manage customer disputes and potential risks associated with accounts receivable
• Manage AR closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Escalate high-risk or unresolved issues to the Team Lead
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to resolve customer account issues
• Engage with stakeholders and provide regular updates
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance AR process effectiveness
• Assist in training and onboarding team members
• Support SOP updates, UAT on ERP implementation, and process improvement initiatives as SME

Accurate and timely execution of AR activities within agreed SLAs, effective resolution of complex reconciliations and disputes, strong adherence to controls and SOPs, and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders.
