Job Summary

The Project-Based Accounts Receivable Associate will support the AR team in the clean-up and reconciliation of Sales and Accounts Receivable records. This role is dedicated to reviewing, validating, and correcting historical data to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the company’s AR balances. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and system proficiency are essential for the successful execution of this project.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reconciliation of Accounts Receivable (AR) balances as part of the

clean-up initiative.

• Perform bank reconciliation tasks needed to validate and verify past transactions.

• Review, reconcile, and validate historical sales transactions to ensure proper posting and accuracy.

• Identify discrepancies, coordinate necessary corrections, and ensure proper

documentation.

• Utilize LSBC system to validate and update sales and AR entries.

• Generate clean-up progress reports and provide updates to supervisors.

• Support related tasks necessary to complete the AR clean-up project.
