- Administer Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and day-to-day finances of Hicaps
- Prepare monthly accounting reconciliations
- Administer payment of bills, invoices and staff and contractual expense claims
- Assists in implementing controls for collection and reconciliation of income collected and support other departments to administer these controls
- Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. customers, auditors, etc
- Submit required reports such as monthly collection / accounts receivable report and other reports as directed by the employer.
- Follow and adhere to all administrative policies being implemented by the employer.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as required by the employer.
