- Manage the collection of outstanding accounts receivable and ensure timely payment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the accounting team in various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2 years experience in collection, accounts receivable, and accounting
- management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail with strong analytical abilities
- Proficient in accounting software (Sage)
- Ability to lead a team or work independently
