Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other Business-related course.
• With at least 3-5 years’ experience in end-to-end process of Accounts receivable, process design and management, report generation, reconciliation and analysis
• Leadership experience is an advantage.
• Experience in Accounting System is an advantage.
• Amendable to start as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees the billing and collection of payments for a company, acting as a bridge between AR staff and management.
• Ensure timely payments by processing invoices, managing customer accounts, conducting credit checks, reconciling payments, and leading a team to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial health.
• Provide support to, train, and oversee AR staff, setting team objectives and managing performance.
• Conduct credit checks, manage customer accounts, pursue overdue payments, and negotiate with customers on non-payment issues.
