Accounts Payable Assistant | Day Shift | Weekends Off
Onsite – Angono
We’re hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team!
What You’ll Do
- Process and verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims
- Prepare payment runs and reconcile supplier statements
- Assist with employee reimbursements and corporate card reconciliations
- Provide occasional support to Accounts Receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in accounts payable or related finance role
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills
- Keen eye for detail, organised, and a team player
Perks & Benefits
- ₱20,000 - ₱28,000 monthly salary
- Day shift schedule
- Weekends off
- Onsite role at our Angono office
