Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with book keeping and basic accounting procedures
• Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
• Excellent verbal and written communication Skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Data entry and word processing skills
• Well organized
• Amenable to work in Pasig

Responsibilities:

• Supervise every aspect of the company's accounting function
• Oversees the accounting department's daily operations
• Monitor the performance of the Accounting Department
• Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Provide assistance and support to company personnel
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
• Other tasks that may assigned from time to time
